    "I wake up, make myself a cup coffee, and check emails".
    Worst routine in the world. All red flags checked.
    Here's a better one:
    - Immediately drink some water. Don't drink coffee until 10am.
    - Meditate for 10-30min. Visualise your actions for the day.
    - Ideally go for a walk or breathe fresh air.
    - *Only then open electronics and only if you have to*

        I wake up at 6am and I am still trying to push it to earlier time. Then I just crab a protein bar and a banana go to the gym, work out 1-1.5 hour and go to the steam room and take a shower, mostly back to home around 8+am and make breakfast while reading news, checking email. Then go to the class

            Hey Matt, love your video... I felt it very sincere and useful to contrast it with what I'm doing and experimenting. Here is how my morning routine looks like:
            - Wake up ±7am (I always wanted to be part of the 5am club, but I just hate waking up before the sun had appeared. However I will try it again in the future).
            - Go pee and brush teeth.
            - Weight myself. (no clothing.)
            - Make coffee and sit to journal. My journaling is very simple, 3 things I'm grateful in my life + 3 things I'm grateful for my partner. (±15min)
            - I stretch, for about 10 min. I would like to be able to do the split, so I focus on the progression.
            - Here there are some days that I do a set of calf raises 1 set to failure for each leg. I focus on progressing the reps. (±5min)
            - Meditate 10 min. I listen to 528hz melodies while doing this. (It's supposed to biologically heal you, but I just do it because it's nice and easy to concentrate)
            - Start work ±8. Writhe the main tasks for the day in my calendar notebook----> check emails ----> straight work.
            - ±10-11am had breakfast unless that is a Fasting day, then back to work.

            All should take me around 45min, but I bullshit around and somedays I'm more slow and lazy, as you say it's not constant. Some day I skip some things, but I try to maintain as constant as possible. Just keep going...

              4.then walk an hour
              5. Then breakfast...

                Taking a walk is so good for you even if it is just in the local area and if you can get to a park is is super peaceful. Really wakes you up gently.

                    Am just starting to build one and today was my Day 6, so here it goes

                    1. Wake up 3:00 AM (Sleep 8:45 PM)
                    2. Take a cold shower
                    3. Meditate for 10 mins (Mindfulness Breathing)
                    4. 15 mins home exercise
                    5. Read 5 pages of a book

                              One thing that helped me change my morning routine was not doing it because I just wanted to or see what it could do, I did it because I took time to look at all the benefits and added perks of doing that routine every day. Trust me, after I started looking at it like that, I wasn’t mad in the morning because I had to do all these tasks, I was excited for change

                                                                  Makes it super annoying and puts on the other side of the room (fail got up turned it off went back to sleep)

                                                                        Matt, glad to hear you are keeping walks in your routine. I have been "coffee walking" for over a year now. Once I'm dressed, I either make or buy coffee, take my walk with coffee in hand, get home invigorated from both the walk and the coffee, and sign into work. I'm terrible at maintaining habits which is why marrying morning walking (the habit I want) to morning coffee (the habit I cannot and will not break) made keeping the new habit much easier.

                                                                                      Hey everyone! I’m curious, what do you LISTEN to when you wake up?
                                                                                      When I woke up the first thing was to check my phone and start to listen to something. YT videos, podcasts, “something motivating” or “I learn while I’m dressing up”...
                                                                                      But a lot of times I found myself binging on this videos/podcast, and not get productive at all, or getting tired of the LOT of information that my brain had to process from the moment I opened my eyes in the morning.
                                                                                      So my question: what are your experiences? Do you need that radio to wake up? Or do you feel overwhelmed and can’t get productive? Which one is better?
